Only very slight improvements were made from the 22 to the 26: the engraving became more elaborate on some horns and some horns have additional keywork, including altissimo D# trill keys and front altissimo F keys, as well as G# trill keys and fork Eb fingering.

Note that the sopranos' keywork now ranges to altissimo F.
